• Lead the development and creation/modification of the WBS in SAP to align with the projects execution plan.

• Maintain system and user status in SAP.

• Load EDS estimate in SAP at the lower level WBS per the EDS estimate (plan version WBS).

• Follow the current Project Change Notice Process and maintain changes in SAP on plan version PSC, as well as your change log.

• Maintain FAC in SAP on plan version FAC.

• Support the completions of requisitions forms for project teams.

• Monitor and control cost to the EDS estimate PO's for material, services and Staged Labor utilizing third party reporting as provided.

Worked with managers and leads to plan and develop a detailed construction schedule, while incorporating DOW master schedule.  Established detailed schedule development, including the work breakdown structure (WBS) and established the proper workflow logic ties utilizing Primavera. Prepared progress curves, man-hour forecast, and manpower histograms and developed Look-Ahead schedules.  Developed project level activity codes for the project coded by construction areas, contracts, and process areas.  Assumed other responsibilities as required by the immediate Manager or Construction Manager.

Worked directly with the Project manager and team leads to develop (WBS) work breakdown structure and

schedules, to ensure that all project requirements are in place, tracking through planning stage to project or

phase closure using Primavera and Microsoft Project.

•Developed a resource loaded Engineering Procurement and Construction schedule. Review sub-contractor

schedules to ensure compliance with agreed procedures.

• Create bi-weekly and monthly reports based on analysis of the overall project schedule and tracks against

the baseline, specifying areas of variance and recommended remedial action to the Project Manager.

• Prepare and issue progress reports in a clear and easily interpreted format such as S-Curves and Histograms.

Discuss variances and delays with the project manager and recommend mitigation plans to avoid negative

impact on project schedule and cost
